I received 2 alerts in Ottawa: the first one for Quebec (around 1:50) and the second one for Ontario (around 2:50)12

I did not. Working in MTL. But I seem to have been having text issues all day without knowing it I just got bombarded with text messages...11

I received 2 alerts, 1 from Quebec and 1 from Ontario as I live in Gatineau.7

Live in Ottawa and I got 2: 1 around 2:00PM saying it was the Quebec test alert, then another at 2:55PM saying it was the Ontario alert.4

Go check Alerté Québec site :
You hard To be on LTE to get it. So if you were on Wifi, you won't et thé alert

If your Phone was on wifi instead of LTE, you would not get the alert1 -
