Received emergency alert, twice?
I received the test alert at 1:55, then another test alert at 2:55. I live in Ottawa, so I assume I received the Quebec alert because Fizz is Quebec based, and then the 2:55 because I was physically in Ontario? I find it difficult to understand our Canadian emergency alert system. Should it not be based on present location only?

Personally I did not receive any of them, I am in Montreal.
For what I read, it seems that only people in Ottawa and Gatineau receive them.

Twice!! Not even once for me = Montreal area. it was a test, so i guess they will work a solution for the one who didn't receive it.7
