Do add-ons/badges give rewards program points?

Bought a 2GB add-on for my account 2 weeks ago. It bugged out and I never got the "Sundae" badge. Had to get into customer support, open up a technical support ticket, and then the "Sundae" badge got manually added to my account. Now i'm wondering if because it bugged out, I may have missed out on rewards program points. Thanks guys!

Oh okay nice! Is there a way for me to check the history of my points and where my points came from? I forgot to check my points count beforehand..9

you can check if you got the points
log in in your Community Hub account :
Scroll down and on the right side you will see "my account" where is the LeaderBoard & activity;
Click on "my account"
click on "my activities" and scoll down until the date (by example if it was 14 days) it was manually given to you. you will see the points or not.

The Community Hub account section only shows points earned within the Community Hub. It doesn't show anything about points earned with monthly payments or referrals and such. Customer support representative just told me and I quote "You collect points for actions you complete: make your payment on time, answer a question in the Community Hub, refer friends, add funds to your wallet. Unfortunately, for add-ons, you do not get points." Well... that's disappointing.10

Each time, you get a new badge, you get 50 pts in Fizz reward program.9
