I would suggest to double check the email. Usually I prefer to use their phone number to be sure. A first approach would be contact Fizz by chat. You make me remember to check with my friends if they got it a few weeks ago. Good luck.

Make sure that your friend has data in their plan, if not they won't be able to receive your data gift13

Did you send the giftt by email or phone number?
If by email, does your friend have more than one mobile plan asscociated with that email account?
Did your friend receive the email saying s/he received a gift? If yes, the gifted data is added to their account automatically. They should check carefully their data summary on Fizz account.
If it is truly missing, your friend should contact Fizz support.
