I managed turn off it on my Huawei phone, but can’t do it on iPhone. I turned all notifications off on Huawei because it speaks Amber alarm in midnight, not just pop up on screen.10

There is no such option with Fizz.
In order to receive Amber Alerts in Canada, you must be connected to LTE network.
So if you wish to disable Amber Alerts on your phone, you can manually connect to 3G network. You will still have cell service, and no Amber Alerts.

Thankfully I think there has never been a cellphone diffused amber alert in Quebec City.12
