Don't be concerned with 3MB.
As others have mentioned, you can get 500MB from gifting.
Also if you have received perks or upgrades, don't forgot to activate them.
With upgrades, you can get 250MB or more of bonus data every month.

3mb is nothing. You use more than that streaming a song from Spotify.6
