My home internet was frozen after a missed payment because my credit card was expired, I updated my payment method, it was accepted and the subscription was charged, but my internet is still frozen... Why?

Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.

Contact the support tomorow morning if it's not resolved
The idea of this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us is to explain how you can access the chat bubble. If you do a search in the Solution Hub related to your issue and access the help page the chat bubble will appear at the right corner.
- You're logged into your Fizz account.
- You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
- Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
- You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

There have been others with payment issues such as yours recently. It should only take a copule of hours for your service to be back after a payment. Do contact Fizz support; they should be able to get you up and running again.

Try contacting fizz. You could message them through facebook, I have before and usually get a reply no more than a few hours later4
