Is Fizz the cheapest option out there? I used to be with Koodo but jumped to Fizz when I found out about them, What would be the top 3 cheapest options for Quebec/Ontario residents?

The providers are so good to make a small difference in order to be difficult to find out which is the cheapest one.
Therefore you need to understand what you need and compare them.
For me it is the cheapest since I have Canada and USA and this options it is difficult to find and not cheap,
You also need to value the rollover, data gift, and if you participating to the community the rewards.
Remember only giving your 20 kudos per day and paying your bill they will give you easily 800+ pts per month22 -
Yes true, the small details can be the difference, I have yet to find something as cheap as Fizz, I initially ordered the 8gb plan, but now I have so much data, that has rolled over, I don't know what to do with it! lol
I looked into changing my plan for less data, but my for 36$, which is what I pay now, I'd have to have like 2gb, which i might regret eventually, haha...
Good tip about the kudos, I only need like 700 pts to reach 4500, I want that 2nd upgrade slot! Guess I'll be giving kudos daily for a while haha22 -
Yes, for me, the rollover is the most interesting part about Fizz plans, although I'm now stuck with so much data lol22

For me it is the USA/Canada coverage at a very reasonable price. I used to carry a 2nd phone for the US (a flip phone no less). Did not have data in the US. Now I have it all on one phone.
I have had some dropped calls though, but cannot compare with other providers on that aspect.
The community and rewards aspect is quite interesting. How Fizz managed to provide customer support via a game-type format seems quite novel and looks like it works fairly well. The good-will and cost savings to Fizz that such a mechanism creates must be enormous. .

If you don't mind 3G data, there can be slightly cheaper options, but Fizz has a more interesting bonus and rollover structure.19

Not sure what the top 3 are, but fizz is definitely up there. Their service had been pretty good and though my plan doesn’t technically have data, I can still earn data upgrades for free, so that’s a bonus. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to making plans, so you’re really only paying for what you choose.20

Regarding Mobile, Fizz is the most competitive.
When it comes to home internet, I think Virgin is a little bit better22 -
Until I will see data rollover and gifting , upgrades and perks everywhere, definitely yes.23

IMHO, you can't really compare prices on plans without looking at specifics. Do you want Canada-wide? NorthAmerica-wide? Do you care about U/L voice and text? Do you want data and if so how much? 100MB, 1GB, 5GB, 50GB, 50GB, ...
I don't think you'll be able to rate prices without looking at specifics. I use Fizz because I want CND+USA, data rollover works very well for me but on a typical month I don't use tons, etc. But I've got a Public Mobile phone for my son because the 100 min/UL SMS/250 MB for $15/month (now $10 because of various discounts and referrals) and I don't think Fizz can beat that.15 -
Perks, upgrade, referal codes, rollover are crazy! Plus, the prices are really good and I can't find any provider with such price. Also, the way to contact support via Messenger is cool. I'd rather wait for a text than wait on phone for 25 minutes.20

Fizz price is very competitif. The bonus, rollovers, gifts, friend referral rewards and data that can be given to friend that are the reasons Fizz is up there at the top choice. That is my opinion!17

For me, the rollover is a must. Very good option that doesn't have in any other for now.17
