You just need to provide your email or phone number to them.

I had an account opened in March, but did nothing with it for a long time so I lost my 500MB upgrade gift. Then again, I have a 250MB that will kick in soon, and hoping to get another slot so I can benefit from the 500MB that came in recently (unfortunately I selected the 250MB one prematurely).
Being fairly new to all this, I am consuming a little more data bandwidth experimenting than I expected, but a generous soul here (Mike) topped me off.
You can always wish for more, but I think the rollover and gifting is already quite unique in the industry.
P.S. For some reason, this message underwent manual moderation ... but finally made it through.

I just received a 500 mb perk (one time gift from fizz). Weeeee!

An upgrade = a gift every month. That's pretty cool.
I'm only level 2, so the 500 mb upgrade is available quickly.
