I always get a text saying my voicemail is full but it's not full

Have your tried leaving a message on your voicemail to see if it can actually accept a new message?

You might have too many saved messages.
The maximum number of messages you can have in your voicemail is 15.

...My voicemails has 30 messages capacity and and it's empty and I still get that text.
