Reaching Level 3 - Unlocking the second slot for upgrades

I feel like I will never reach such level 3...
I have 3152 points out of 4500. I need around 1500 points to reach next level and have one more upgrade slot.
I have more than 1 year with Fizz, referred 4 people to join, added ppl as my contact, gifted data... Is this not sufficient?
How to earn this 1500 points by the end of the next months?
