Didn't receive my SIM card, what should I do?

Hi I was supposed to get my SIM card 2 weeks ago, but didn't. The delivery status shows that it was delivered on time but the signature is not mine. Can you send me another one please? Thank you.

    It is probably lost or stolen. Contact customer service, they will ask you to buy another one and once you active the new one then they will refund the first one that you never received.

    Usually it take 2-3 days. If not, just check around. I found it in the paper basket in my building.
