Try messaging Fizz on Facebook Messenger if the problem persists after rebooting your phone.11

Everything is fine here on my end, was fine earlier in downtown too. Seems like it could be a YP (Your Problem) rather than FP (Fizz Problem).
You should get in touch with Fizz support anyway if just simple troubleshooting didn't fix the issue.12
