Yes, you can do that. Yes you can add a second plan to your account.
If you decide to choose to add a new account for a new family member, you can refer your family member and both of you will receive the $25 referral credit.

@Fizzy: I understand that the original poster would like to manage his two SIMs from the same single account. The OP will only have a single referrer code (one account), and thus cannot refer himself. If he decided to add a second account, then he will not be able to manage both SIMs from one account.4
