You need to buy a SIM and when you receiving it you will be able to create the plan
If you need a referral code, this is mine 5JATM. You will receive 25$ after 2 months, no bad.
ps: The referral is valid when you create your plan.

But after buying the sim is it still possible for me to be denied a plan?7

After buying the sim you need to activate it then create a plan and you're good to go. I've never heard of someone being denied. So I don't think so.7

If you have a valid credit card and you are in the subscription area no they will not denied the plan

If you need a referral code this is mine K61CD, with this code you will receive 25$ to be applied to your 3rd payment.
It is important to add the referral code must be used during the creation of your plan when the taxes are shown

If you have a valid credit card, and you plan to select a new number, and you have an unlocked compatiable phone, there will be no issue.

If you're able to receive the SIM card, then you are already within the subscription area.

There is no credit cheque with Fizz because it is all prepaid. You just need to live in the subscription area and have a valid Canadian credit card.7

Hi, I bought the sim card and chose the plan I wanted, chose my number, and just paid with a credit card at checkout. All you need is a valid credit card, so don't worry.6

You also need an unlocked and compatible phone with Fizz https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices6

You may encounter difficulties in activating a plan if your phone is locked, or incompatible with the network, or your credit card has an issue. Also note that you need to be in the Fizz home service area, but if you are able to order a SIM then that should not be a problem.3

You're unlikely to be denied.4

Why would you be concerned with getting denied a plan? Due to credit history, or?3

If you are concerned about your credit history, then that should not be a problem since this is a pre-paid service. As long as your credit card is in good standing, you should be good to go.2
