Fizz members with no data plan
So, you can't transfer data to the other account that has no data plan7 -

Well, one way to solve this would be to buy cheapest data for one month in your second plan, then transfer data from your first plan to your second plan during that month.7

Mobile plan needs to include data (at least 1 GB data plan) to participate in data gifting.
Keep in mind that gifted data does expire upon plan renewal. The gifted data does not rollover.
