i ordered my sim card over one week,i still did not received i called the shipper they told me no one at home put my sim card in my mail box they are cheating i was at home all the time and there is nothing in my mail box

I believe that they never tried to reach you, and someone stole your card
Usually the support ask to buy a new card, and after the activation ask for a refund.6 -
They cannot enter in your building

Maybe it was discarded as it looks like it could be junk mail? Check your recycling bin?4
