I activated my sim, but after 24h in my profile shows pending, no data and the call ends after a min

I am frustrated with this service, I activated my SIM yesterday but from the morning I don't have data at all, and when I make a call, after a minute there is bib and then the call ends automatically. When I checked my profile on your website it says activation pending. What should I do?
