I activated my sim, but after 24h in my profile shows pending, no data and the call ends after a min

even if the calls are falling, at least that shows that you did your job correctly.

Did you port in a number from another company. On some rare occasions there might be glitches for the first 24 hours and then the problem is supposed to sort of go away.5

That is a long time. Try contacting support, maybe there's an issue.6

Have you checked to see if your credit card was charged?
This will give you an idea whether you should have service or not.
It does sound like you should contact Fizz support. I have never seen an activation (pending) issue where your SIM looks to be partially activated.
