oops! something wasn't right - voicemail issues

Almost every time I try to log in to my voicemail with password I get 'oops! something wasn't right', do you also experience this issue?

  You can logon Fizz account to reset your voicemail pin if needed.

  I got it too, just re-enter your pin again, it should work.

  Are you perhaps being too quick/slow entering it?

  Yes, I got that a while back and every times I have to re-enter again the second time. Usually the second time works.

  It happens to me when I start doing my pin too early.
