Unable to activate SIM card even the activation code was entered

I did it numerous time but it doesn't seem to work. The page repeatedly prompting me to enter the activation code.

Did you check the checkbox, in order to acknowledge the stabilization period?

If you need a referral code this is mine K61CD, with this code you will receive 25$ to be applied to your 3^rd payment.

It is important to add the referral code must be used during the creation of your plan when the taxes are shown

Clear your browser cache, close the browser and retry using incognito mode.

Is it a brand new SIM? If has been used before then it is no longer valid.

@Chris, Fizz SIM cards can be reused.

Once it has been deactivated, there is a short waiting period before it can be used again.

Of course this does not apply to the activation code, only to the SIM card.
