Correct. Your plan data wil rollover for up to 2 months. After that, if it is not used, it is lost.
If you don't need as much data each month, you have until October 15 to modify your plan and keep the prices of the stabilization period.

Yes, you will lose this part of your data rollover. Rollover are good for two months only. You can give it away or use it within 4 days. If you have so much rollover you don't need you might want to consider changing your plan.6
