Now I got the email for new upgrades. I don’t have internet, but I have a $2 off in the internet? If I use that one , will my phone bill has $2 off ?

No, you have rewards for residential internet and mobile the two are not interchangeable
Therefore, the internet rewards can be used only for internet14 -
