The second I transfer my old phone number to a fizz account will it activate my account?

I want to transfer my old phone number to fizz but the second I do that will il start my fizz account because I don’t want to pay for that month on the other provider if I’m going to be using fizz

Yes, it took me 1 or 2 hours to receive the activation via email, but i think it was faster to actually have it working. Very efficient.
I was with Fido and i enter the exact iphone ID number and the most infos to be sure it goes faster.

Same for me. I activated it before going to sleep, and next morning everything was ok (but faster than a night).
