Did you check if the APN is well configured and that the phone is compatible?

If APN setting is correct, try to restart your phone. My iPhone has this problems sometimes6

Is your data working now? First thing to check is usually APN setting.
Make sure your phone supports Fizz network and logon your Fizz account to make sure your current plan has mobile data.
