You have to contact the support for a refund, they will not contact you.
The idea of this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us is to explain how you can access the chat bubble. If you do a search in the Solution Hub related to your issue and access the help page the chat bubble will appear at the right corner.
- You're logged into your Fizz account.
- You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
- Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
- You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

You can replace the card in your profile by a regular credit card so that you'll be able to have reimbursements on it.6

I'm posting this answer to those who replied. I can't put a regular credit card, I don't have one Hence the prepaid card. Concerning the bubble at the bottom right, I know, I was privledged to have used it once. Now that I simply want to provide them with my coordinates so they can send me a cheque or even simpler put the funds towards the next month on the phones, I can't reach them. I have solutions but can't implicate them without contacting them (mission impossible), and I do not feel like spending days on the internet praying the " bubble " will magically appear.7

Unfortunately your only option is the bubble. You can also use Facebook messenger to contact the support, but it will take a while to get an answer. The chat is live, and in your case you need to have a conversation, not only get an answer.
I'm not sure that Fizz will accept to send you cheques though.7 -
