I've paid for an Add-on to add data 500mb but there is no data (not travel data)?

The only way to have an answer is to contact the support and they are pretty easy to join. Click on resolving- issues and the bubble will appear

Did you configure the apn?

If you paid for the Add-on and it appears on your account, then it should work.
