Error 38 again?

Is there another Fizz outage again? I tried rebooting my phone and it hasn't helped.

    I was not able to make a call 20 mins ago for 5mins

    Sounds like there's some minor network hiccups this morning. Hopefully it doesn't progress to anything bigger.

    Unfortunately it is now a 'problem with my plan' even though everything is fine on my account. I chatted with someone earlier today but they weren't able to resolve it. Can't make or receive calls, can't send texts. Basically my phone is now a tablet....
