I never saw that error try to use a different browser or you to contact the support, if you need a referral code this is mine K61CD, to be used at the creation of the plan and you will receive 25$ at your 3rd payment.

tous les jours de 8h à 21h (HNE). - Attendre quelques seconds (environs 10s) que la bulle apparaisse au coin inférieur droit de temps en temps.
Si la bulle n'apparaît toujours pas, c'est que le nombre de sessions en attente est supérieur à notre capacité de traitement. À ce moment-là, laissez-nous un message sur Facebook Messenger ou en privé sur Twitter.

This error is showing up because Fizz is undergoing maintenance.
If you log in and try to order the SIM card, you'll see "A maintenance is currently in progress and this functionality is not available at the moment. Thank you for your understanding. Learn more.
Following the link will say:
Please note that a maintenance is planned from August 30th 11:00 p.m. to September 3rd 05:00 a.m. The following features will be temporarily unavailable:- Buying a SIM card
- Following an order shipment
As such, it's currently not possible to order a new SIM card.7 -

Yikes, that is a lot of days for maintenance.
I wish there was other ways we could order or buy the SIM card.
