Why do I get "The phone number you entered is invalid" error?

I am trying to transfer my 647 from freedom mobile to fizz but I get the error that "the phone number you entered is invalid". My number is still active with freedom mobile. What should I do?

You can transfer only phone number from Quebec province or Ottawa area6

You must reside within the subscription area in order to subscribe to Fizz Mobile.

The subscription area is the province of Quebec and the Greater Ottawa area.
So the phone numbers also need to be from within this area.

647 area code i believe is Toronto area, you should get a new number cause Fizz rocks5
