I have 2 mobile phone numbers with my name, how can I change to my wife's name? Thank you.

    If you own the account and are billed for the plan, the phone number's under your name. Your wife would have to open a new account in order to have a plan run under her name. I don't think it's possible to switch plans between accounts. You'd have to contact Customer Service to verify that.

    Yes you can change the name associated with each number/plan.

     

    Logon to your account.
    Under MY PLANS, select mobile MANAGE PLAN
    You can ADD USER.

    These are the options you will see:


     

    Add a user

     

    Who will be using this mobile plan?


     
    Choose this options if the person WILL be able to:



    - Access their Fizz user account

    - Receive Fizz notifications

    - Participate to the forum

    - Participate in the My Rewards program

    - Modify their plan


     


    * You decide what this user can do by configuring their user permissions.

    This option is ideal for a teenager, spouse or employee.

     
    Choose this option if the person WILL NOT be able to:



    - Modify their plan

    - Access their Fizz user account

    - Receive Fizz notifications

    - Participate to the forum

    - Participate in the My Rewards program


     


    This option is ideal for a young child.
