    Hello all,
    I subscribed for a mobile service. It has never worked since day one. I requested my phone number to port From Virgin Mobile to Fizz . I just want to cancel the port and get refund after 72 hours. Send messages on facebook and twitter to FIZZ with no answer.

    If you want to return to your previous old provider, you should give them a call.

    Explain the situation and see if they will allow you to keep your old plan and "unport" (port back) your number. They might be thrilled to take you back.
