my issue was asked 6 days ago, still no reply? please reply. l,i sent a few e,ails to ticket email add then i was told i could send anymore. need it be fixed!!

You need to contact Fizz with chat.
To do so open a help page like this one : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
You'll see a bubble chat at the bottom right corner in about 15 seconds or so.4 -
if they still hang your issue over, just make a complaint to CSST, which will boost their action!
