  Is your new phone compatible with Fizz https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices ?

  No signal, no calls, no data, ...
  The sim is recognize?
  Do you have two slots?
  Etc

  Do you still have your old phone to try the SIM?

   

  Check your Fizz account to make sure your plan is active and nothing has changed
