why I can't make any calls or send SMS?
I can't make any calls and I can't send any messages.
But to receive phone call and messages, it works. Even my internet works.
But I can't call or text
Voice message when I call said:
YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE SERVICE. FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY DIALING 611.
But a month ago, everything was fine.
Need help because been a couple days now with this issue.

Now I'm still waiting for help but your technician didn't call me or email me yet.
