How can I reach fizz other then this forum?

My account is blocked. Text, calls and sms all at 0. I do not have facebook of twitter and I dont see the chat bubble in the resolution hub. Does fiiz even have customer support?

You can initiate a chat session with Fizz by opening a help page like this one : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do.
You'll see a bubble chat at the bottom right in a few seconds.8 -
While you are connected to a fizz page, you can select the ''help'' menu, and select ''contact us''. You will see the multiples options they are offering.

Fastest way is via Facebook chat, search fizz mobile and then you can chat with support. They respond within minutes.

Go to your profile > contact forms and submit a complaint, you need to give as much information as you can to avoid silly answers from them3
