SIM supposedly arrived last Wednesday, but someone sticked it to my door 1h ago.
Ordered SIM 2 weeks ago. It was written in account that it was delivered on Wednesday, same thing on the delivery company page w tracking nb. I was told during weekend to order another one & get a refund. I ordered yesterday night.
I'm home and an hour ago, someone sticked smth on our door. Surprise, it was the sim card package. Why write that it was delivered Wednesday at 3pm and even sign, if that info was false ? I already ordered another SIM. Don't know how to cancel. Such a mess !

The delivery company do that, they left my card on my door too8

Extremely long but you can activate it, and then contact Fizz support to reimburse your the second SIM card.

Really ?? Why not in the mailbox ? They didn't even knock. I've been home the entire time. At least not write that it was delivered a certain day at a precise day if that wasn't done.

I guess they are in rush, they come in, stick it to entrance door and leave. It happened twice to me. I get a SMS, I get down and it's there on the main door. With the risk of someone stealing it (which happened to some customers).8

Other than that, my address is fine, I checked it. Plus, I don't think someone would take 5 days to give me the sim if it was delivered elsewhere,
also without knocking to see if someone was there.6 -
Sim card delivery is definitely one of the points requiring improvement at Fizz.
Contact the support for reimbursement of the second sim and let them know your opinion regarding the delivery procedure.6
