Can't send texts in Montreal. Anyone else?

There are other topics on the French forum for this issue. So it is network problem. Fizz should take care of it.8

Me neither. I have a serious lung condition and anaphylaxis on the regular and I get help by way of text.
I can't deal with sporadic service.
I can't send MMS ever really for the last 2 months.
I keep trying to get help but they're completely useless.8 -
Absolutely. Calls and data works perfectly on my phone except for SMS.7

In Quebec. Same. I only realized when I tried to send one to my daughter to offer her a ride home from work.6

It would be nice if their service status was updated more regularly rather than pretending there are no problems.5

They are back for me too. I put my phone in airplane mode then put it back to normal. Maybe it wasn't even necessary.7

I had the same issue, they told me to restart the phone, which I had done previously with no success but after speaking with them it work! Try to reach to the customer service

Seems to be slowly returning to normal. I lost all the previous texts though...4
