There doesn’t seem to be an issue on that particular day. Contact your internet service provider and have them check your minutes used for that day. If everything checks out then go to Fizz’s main page at the top towards the right click on help then contact us. It’ll explain how to get in touch with customer service.6

What about other days before the 11th of July in the same payment cycle? From my observations, the statistics are cumulative: the usage appears as 0 for a few days, then it appears as the total for those days.5

Yes because the other days my number wasn't working due to payment issues.3
