When I try to start personal hotspot, I receive a message to contact Videotron for setting up

    If you don't see the option for Personal Hotspot, contact your carrier to make sure that you can use Personal Hotspot with your plan.

    As far as I know you can’t use personal hotspot on iPhone 5 because Fizz data is not supported on this device. You can use iPhone 5 for calling and texting only.
