Easy Connect page not opening after connecting to Modem. Signal is strong, just no connection. How t

Just received my fizz package yesterday. Found my fizz wifi once modem plugged in. Connect successfully with password. But no Easy Connect page follows, even when I open a browsing page myself. What to do? Signal is strong, just says no access to internet. Thanks .
