RAMQ Health Insurance Card need detailed log of mobile plans - where can I find them?

Hi, The RAMQ requires proof of residence and activity in Quebec. They will accept detailed log of call with location. Where can we find this? Many thanks, Best.

  Probably you should ask to them. But I believe that you need to have an utility prof or rent contract

  Fizz does not have a detailed call log. I've never had a detailed call log but I've had a RAMQ card for 20+ years.

  I was asked a similar request from RAMQ when I moved to quebec. I provided them a couple months of my Visa bill and it was accepted.
