My data internet is working half way, any help? REPEAT
BY ACCIDENT I MARKED PREVIOUS QUESTION AS ANSWERED AND THERE IS NO WAY TO UNDO.
SO REPEATING HERE AGAIN, AS IT IS NOT ANSWERED.
I have tried to send myself configuration sms several time and installed and rebooted my phone, but Internet on my phone still works really glitchy.
1. I've never have more than 3 bars out of 5 of my mobile connection, sometime it's even 1-2 only. And I live in Lasalle.
2. It seems like I have 0 upload speed according to speedtest.
3. Which I think influence the work of Google services for me:
Google Maps can't find the route and always tells me there is no connection to server
Google Pay just doesn't load at all.
4. If I use Whatsapp, I can receive pictures, but can't send, it always fails.
5. At the same time websites are loading fine.
Your chat bubble is not working, so I'm asking here.
UPDATE:
What can't be incompatible here, if phone has internet but really unstable? How can I check?
I have no data blocks for apps.
APN config was installed correctly, I tried it manually, I tried it automatically with sms, no difference.
NEW PROBLEM:
I've stopped receiving notifications about new voice mails.

I hope Fizz customer support can help.
You can send a message by facebook https://facebook.com/fizzcaOr you can use Fizz chat. Make sure that:
- You're logged into your Fizz account.
You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us- Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

What kind and model of phone do you have. Are you sure it is Fizz compatible.
You need to have theses frequencies on your phone :
Calls: Your device must support HSPA 850 MHz or 1900 MHz frequencies
Mobile data: Your device must have dual-frequency support for 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band 4)8 -
My phone is LG X Venture, unlocked, it supports all the required frequencies:

In your network settings try to change your 'network mode' to gsm/hspa only
(No LTE)
After that change your network operator to fizz manually not automatically.
You can also try to change from fizz ext and back to fizz.
Don t forget to reboot your phone after that.
Good luck6 -
Thank for trying to help me Sergio!
I don't have an option to switch gsm/hspa only.
I don't have fizz ext, just fizz.

I'm having the same problem.3G is fine but slow, and as soon as I switch to LTE I get 0 upload speed.6

Look in your phone settings:
Mobile Data > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > GSM/WCDMA auto

I've tried different sim card from another operator with my phone, and it's working fine!
Somehow Fizz and my phone can't work together.
I will stay for 1 more month and leave, if nothing changes.2 -
Also Fizz support was not able to help me.2
