Bank app won't work using data?

Is there a reason why I can't access my banking apps using LTE(data)? It works when I'm on WiFi. All my other apps access the internet except for the bank apps. Super annoying

    That's really weird. Is there any chance that it has to do with your phone settings rather than the network?

    Either App Data setting on your phone is not allowing it or Fizz may be blocking it.

     

    You can contact Fizz support to confirm whether this is a known on-going issue.

    Very specific issue here, probably phone/settings related. Unlikely that this is Fizz related.

    Maybe check with your phone provider?
