Upgrades not being deducted from invoice see image, I have free voicemail but they still charge me for voicemail?

It's a known issue with Fizz. Contact support to get that taken care of for you.6

You are right Mos. I can tell you that I only have the free voice mail line on my invoice so yes you should contact support.6

Same for me. I have to contact support to ask for a refund this month. Until this month when I can no longer even see my recent transactions. Their billing is very buggy.4

I'm working toward free voicemail, so it's unfortunate that this is a problem. At least I'll know what to expect.2

Unfortunately it's a known and on-going issue.
My understanding is that you will have to contact Fizz each billing cycle to have the adjustment made.
