dear all ,
Have a problem with using my mobile data , before it give me fizz 2G , I repleaced my phone and it's still not working and I cant using my data untill now, before that I was fido and I didn't face this problem , but now I am , what I should do

First make sure your phone is compatiable with Fizz.
It must be unlocked phone and meets the compatibility requirements on this page

Second make sure you have proper APN settings on your phone so you can use Fizz data

I have a LG, G4 cell phone and i use a MMI code on the keyboard of the APP for calls to activate my data after the connection is lost. Here the code to tape on keyboard for LG, G4 : 677***# * # *2
