I cannot receive service alert text messages from STM

I subscribed the service alert on the STM website and I never received any messages since I switched to Fizz. Could you please verify.

It's a known problem.Fizz is working on it.7 -
Unfortunately this is a known ongoing issue.
A few known issues currently being worked on:
- Text messages (SMS) sent by certain companies, such as Microsoft and Google to name a few, are not received.

They're "working" on it. Since last October. Don't hold your breath.5

The problem is they resolve the situation one at a time in order of priority or according on what issues they are informed of. Have you directly asked them on the chat or on Facebook instead of the forum?3
