Fizz wiped my payment info for security reasons however I can’t re-add the credit card information? It says I’ve reached the maximum number of credit cards for my account yet I don’t have any credits now attached to my account

You'll have to contact them, by chat or Messenger, so they reset it.10

Coworker of mine got the same email, it was so ludicrous that he initially thought it was a phishing scam... But NOPE!
He went to the Fizz website and discovered that indeed they had wiped his credit information from his account.
They gave no explanation as to why they had wiped it other then "security reasons"...7 -
Did you solved? You are not alone, different people reported this issue, but we do not know why.4
