LTE Aggregation B4-B2-B5-B7

My signal is aggregating With 4 bands when
in stanby, but how come i cannot connect to B7 for LTE when i am using Data?

Since Fizz is using only the B4
at least what is wrote here

my phone connect to B4 for 3g/4g of course and sometimes to B5 3g.When agrregating,
It connect to B2 B4 B5 B7.But i cannot manage to just connect to B7 even with network signal guru! I have another line with videotron business and am able to connect to B7!
