Hi, I activated my SIM card 4 hours ago, but my phone (iphone 4) doesn't have any service yet. Does your service work on a device as old as an iphone 4?

Sorry you need to use another phone. According to Fizz,
only the iPhone 5s, or more recent, are compatible with the Fizz mobile network.
This was established since the beginning of Fizz's launch.

iPhone 4 is not compatible with Fizz, not only due to being too old, but also because the iOS version
of the iPhone 4 can not reach the current standard of Fizz.4 -
Buy at least an iPhone 5S. Check oups.ca or recy-cell.ca for used phones.4

As long as the phone is unlocked, it should. The sim card comes as an adjustable size, just make sure it fits your phone when you separate it.
I haven't tried an Iphone 4 though...3
